Unique Behavior
Infected Adventurers are capable of leaping extremely far and fast.
Infected Adventurers are capable of opening doors to reach areas. This does not apply for iron doors or trapdoors.
The Infected Adventurer is capable of spawning with armor. It can wear leather, chain, or iron. The following are the weights of each armor piece:
Helmet - Leather (50), Chain (20), Iron (20)
Chestplate - Leather (50), Chain (20), Iron (20)
Leggings - Leather (50), Chain (20), Iron (20)
Boots - Leather (50), Chain (20), Iron (20)
Infected Adventurers can spawn with various items in their main and off-hand. The following is a list of different items they can hold and their weights:
Main Hand - Stone Sword (50), Stone Axe (20), Stone Pickaxe (20), Iron Sword (30), Bow (25)
Off-hand - Bow (45), Flint and Steel (30), Shield (30), Torch (50)
They are capable of using both bows and flint and steel. The arrows shot from the bow inflict Mycelium Infection for 30 seconds. If a mob is hit by an Infected Adventurer with flint and steel, they will be set on fire. They are incapable of using a shield, however.
Infected Adventurers can have many different custom names they will receive when spawning in. If spawned when a player dies with Mycelium Infection, they will retain the name of the killed player. Naturally spawned ones, however, pull from a list of names. The majority of these names are people who helped contribute to spore, such as suggesting a new mob. The list goes as follows:

Trivia
Due to the Infected Adventurer's extreme leaping abilities, many YouTubers have assumed it was actually teleporting.
The growls of the Infected Adventurer and its evolutions use the classic player hurt sound for the voice.
Interestingly, when Infected Adventurers shoot arrows from bows, they make the crossbow shooting sound.
The texture of the Technoblade variant still has the glowing eyes where they are on the base Infected Adventurer, meaning it has two glowing pixels in the middle of its face, with its actual eyes not glowing.
