Reapers belong in the Combat Abnormal tier. They are extremely unique and proficient mobs.
Spawning
Spawned when a linked Infected Diseased Villager gets an evolution point by killing a mob and its evolution timer begins. If the evolution succeeds, they will become a Reaper.
Unique Behavior
Reapers will search for and consume Crop, Sapling, Stem, Hay Bale, Sugar Cane, Sweet Berry, Pumpkin, Carved Pumpkin, and Melon blocks. For every one of these blocks it breaks, the Reaper will get 1 - 4 'hunger points'. When consuming Crops and Stems, instead of being broken, they have a 30% chance to be converted into Rotten Crops. The same applies for Saplings and Sweet Berries being converted into Decayed Bushes with a 30% chance.
Once its hunger points exceed 25, it will turn 5 points into 1 Kill Point, always leaving 20 hunger points remaining.
If a Reaper has hunger points and a target, it will spit a projectile every 5 seconds that applies 10 seconds of Corrosion. Each projectile consumes 1 hunger point.
If a Reaper has more than 10 Kill Points, it'll scan in a 32x32 block area every 10 seconds for Infected that lack enough points to Evolve. If finding any, the Reaper will give that Infected enough Kill Points that it can Evolve (this is able to adapt to Config changes).
When finding a Composter, the Reaper will place it on its back and it'll buff its farming capabilities. When consuming crops, it'll get 1 - 8 hunger points instead of 1 - 4. Its range for sharing kill points is buffed to 48x48 blocks.
Inflicts the Poison and Nausea effects for 10 seconds when dealing melee damage. This is a trait carried down from the Infected Diseased Villager.
Essentially has Sweeping Edge, as its attack has an AOE.
The minimum amount of true damage a Reaper can deal to a target is 25% of its base melee damage.
30% of the Reaper's damage pierces through armor, meaning it ignores it.
Can fall from up to 19 blocks before taking fall damage.
Reapers take 50% less fire damage.
Enhanced swimming: the Reaper can move quickly underwater.
Able to breath underwater.
The Regeneration granted by kill points for Reapers lasts 20 seconds instead of 10 seconds. Additionally, if a Reaper is below 50% health, it'll be Regeneration II for 20 seconds.
The Reaper has very high knockback, having 10x the knockback of a basic infected, with a value of 3 for knockback.
Reapers have a step up height of 1, meaning they don't have to jump to go up one block.
Is able to climb up blocks.
Is completely ignored by the despawning system.
Will despawn during Proto World Modifier if they are at least 256 blocks away from a player.
Behavior
Reapers are melee combatants and ranged combatants, attacking mobs with Infected forms, golems, and most hostile mobs.
Reapers inflict Mycelium Infection II for 10 seconds when dealing melee damage.
Has a follow range of 48 blocks.
Can perform low leaps/dashes to chase prey quickly through water.
Able to use kill points to give themselves buffs, such as strength or speed if the target is running away. They can also give themselves regeneration if they are low on health.
Capable of breaking blocks with a hardness of 3 or below.
Present a weakness to the cold, like all spore mobs.

Trivia
The Reaper is a suggested mob, coming from the mind of @bigxplosion in the Spore Asylum Discord server.
After mostly finishing the mob, the mod creator though the Reaper looked too inhuman, so he added a moldy farmer hat on its head. Prior to this, it had no hat.
