Hexenmeisters are the evolution of Infected Evokers, belonging in the Hyper Evolved tier.
Spawning
Spawned when an Infected Evoker gets 7 evolution points by killing mobs and its evolution timer begins. Once the time is up, they will become a Hexenmeister.
Spawned from Arena Tendrils as a special mob during a raid.
Sometimes spawned by a Proto Hivemind when it receives damage, in which it summons a special Verwahrung that can hold an Ogre inside.
Unique Behavior
Hexenmeisters are capable of pulling targets towards it. It can do this to targets that are between ~14.1 - ~24.5 blocks away and has a line of sight to its target. It loses this ability if it loses its Claw.
When it takes damage, it has a 20% chance to scan around it. If there are more than 2 targets, it will throw them all in the air. It does this by adding 1.0 Y velocity (blocks per tick) to the target.
When hit in their left arm hitbox, they have a 20% chance to drop their Hexenmeister Claw. It takes 5 minutes for its arm to grow back. When not having its claw, the Hexenmeister looses its ranged pulling ability.
When dying, the Hexenmeister will fall to the ground, exposing its Totem of Undying from its chest. If the Totem's hitbox doesn't receive damage or a player does not pick it up within 10 seconds, the Hexenmeister will revive with 1/4th of its HP and Regeneration 2 for 40 second. If the Totem's hitbox receives any damage, it will kill the Hexenmeister. If a player right clicks the Totem, it will give the player the Totem and the Hexenmeister will die. Hexenmeisters cannot attack while down.
Behavior
Hexenmeisters are melee combatants, attacking mobs with Infected forms, golems, and most hostile mobs.
Hexenmeisters inflict Mycelium Infection for 30 seconds when dealing melee damage.
Essentially has Sweeping Edge, as its attack has an AOE.
Can fall from up to 8 blocks before taking fall damage.
Has a follow range of 48 blocks.
Hexenmeisters can see entities through walls if they are closer than 10 blocks.
Hexenmeisters will create nests (explained on the Hyper Evolved page.)
Hexenmeisters have a 5% chance to drop a Scent upon death.
Hexenmeisters have 1.0 knockback resistance, meaning they can't be knocked back by attacks.
Hexenmeisters do not attempt to group together, nor do they follow mobs. They are lone hunters.
Can perform low leaps/dashes to chase prey quickly through water.
Able to use kill points to give themselves buffs, such as strength or speed if the target is running away. They can also give themselves regeneration if they are low on health.
Capable of breaking blocks with a hardness of 3 or below.
Have a damage cap of 1/3 of their health on hard mode.
Present a weakness to the cold, like all spore mobs.

Trivia
The Hexenmeister is a suggested mob, coming from the mind of @blu_gy in the Spore Asylum Discord server.
'Hexenmeister' is German and means "witch master".
Is referred to as "Hevoker" in the code, as the model's root folder was also named Hevoker, off of Hyper Evoker.
Due to the throwing nearby entities into the air ability being an AOE attack, it means it can throw players that weren't targeted, even if they are in creative.
There is an existing bug with the Hexenmeister where sometimes if it dies in a specific way, it will still move around and try to attack targets while still remaining on the ground. It has been partially fixed to happen less, but it still occurs rarely.
