Plagued

Plagued belong in the Experiment tier. They are extremely fast mobs.

Spawning

• Spawn naturally in laboratory structures (Military Camp, Hospital, Permafrost Mining Outpost, and Groundzero structures.)

  • Spawns in groups of 1 - 2 with a spawn weight of 15.

• Spawned from Arena Tendrils as a special mob during a raid.

Unique Behavior

• Inflicts Weakness II, Wither II, and Poison II, all for 10 seconds when dealing melee damage.

• Plagued often perform small leaps at their targets when in close range.

Behavior

• Plagued are melee combatants, attacking mobs with Infected forms, golems, and most hostile mobs.

• Plagued inflict Mycelium Infection for 30 seconds when dealing melee damage.

• Has a follow range of 20 blocks.

• Plagued, when spawning naturally, will be in stasis (explained on the Experiment page.)

• Plagued have a 5% chance to drop a Scent upon death.

• Can perform low leaps/dashes to chase prey quickly through water.

• Able to use kill points to give themselves buffs, such as strength or speed if the target is running away. They can also give themselves regeneration if they are low on health.

• Capable of breaking blocks with a hardness of 1 or below.

• Present a weakness to the cold, like all spore mobs.
