Gazenbreachers are shark-like Water Calamities. They're melee and ranged combatants that are exceptionally fast in water compared to other Mobs.
Spawning
Has a ~26.6% chance to spawn from a Womb (created from a Parent Signal that occurred at or below Y=70 and met the water requirement) when it reaches 100 biomass.
Has an ~11.1% chance to spawn from a Womb when it reaches 100 biomass and the 30% incorrect spawn roll hits (~3.3% chance overall).
Unique Behavior
Gazenbreachers are aquatic; they can breathe underwater and swim extremely quick in liquids; notably faster than other Water Calamities. While on land, Gazenbreachers are only able to crawl extremely slowly.
If the Gazenbreacher's target is ~17.32 blocks away or 5 blocks higher than the Gazenbreacher, she will shoot a bile projectile. 1 - 3 bile projectiles will shoot from her mouth (assuming she currently has her tongue) and at the target. They deal 10 damage and inflict Biled for 10 seconds. The projectiles also break boats.
She can also always see you through walls if it meets the same distance checks for shooting a bile projectile.
The sonar ping ability is performed if the Gazenbreacher is inside of a fluid, in which an internal counter ticks up. After 1 minute of being in a fluid, the Gazenbreacher will then send out a sonar ping. She searches for a target within a ~128x128x128 cube around herself. If she locates a whitelisted entity (whitelisted via the config) or a player that isn't in creative mode, she will then set her target to that entity. She does not stop checking entities after locating one, meaning she will cycle through all entities and choose the last valid one. The internal radar tracker resets after each ping, regardless of if she found anything.
If the Gazenbreacher has a target, and the target is both on the ground and not inside of a fluid, she will check distance between her and the target. If the distance is greater than ~5.66 blocks, she will attempt to leap. When leaping towards the target, the horizontal speed is dictated by how far away the entity is, capping out at around upwards of 2 blocks per tick, plus any prior velocity she had prior to the leap. Vertical speed is always set to 1.3 blocks per tick.
She does not play an ambient sound if she has a target and is greater than ~14.14 blocks away, allowing her to sneak up on prey.
When the tongue's hitbox sustains 25% of the Gazenbreacher's health, it will fall off. This will spawn a Licker, and the model will change to not have the tongue anymore. After it falls off, the Gazenbreacher loses her bile projectile attack. She can regain her tongue by healing back to 100% health. Hitting the tongue of the Gazenbreacher deals x1.5 damage, however this does not affect the tongue's personal HP.
For each Skeleton that Gazenbreachers kill, their armor will be increased by 1 (x0.5 bars); this has no cap. All Calamities (except Air Calamities) can do this as well.
While Gazenbreachers are idle with no Objective and not currently in an Offshore Biome (excluding Mushroom Fields), they will search in a 128 chunk range. If finding an applicable Offshore Biome, they will set their Objective to the nearest applicable biome and travel there. When this happens, the message "Incoming..." will not be sent in chat. All Water Calamities can do this as well.
When Gazenbreachers are completely submerged in water, they will appear tinted to the color of the water to players above the surface, making them hard to spot. If a player is in the water, the tint will disappear from any Gazenbreachers. All Water Calamities can do this as well.
Gazenbreachers are capable of performing Spore Bursts (explained in-depth on the Calamities page). The positive effects they'll grant to allies is Conduit Power I, Speed I, and Resistance II, all for 30 seconds. The negative effects they'll give to targets is Darkness I, Mycelium Infection II, and Hunger II, all for 30 seconds.
Gazenbreachers have three possible custom death messages, being "<player> was eaten by Gazenbreacher", "<player> was crushed by Gazenbreacher", and "<player> was dismantled by Gazenbreacher".
Adaptation
If a Gazenbreacher is on fire for at least 40 seconds throughout her entire lifetime, she'll gain her Crispy Adaptation.
Crispy Gazenbreachers are immune to fire damage. In addition, they'll set targets on fire for 10 seconds when dealing melee damage; furthermore, bile projectiles shot by Crispy Gazenbreachers are flaming and will set targets on fire for 10 seconds. Crispy Gazenbreachers also have a special Body Heat value (in regards to Frostbite) compared to other Calamities, that being 6.
Behavior
Gazenbreachers are hostile to most non-Spore mobs, with the exceptions being Animals and Fish (unless Should attack Animals is enabled via the Config) and mobs included in the Mobs Not Targeted blacklist within the Config.
Gazenbreachers inflict Mycelium Infection II for 30 seconds when dealing melee damage.
Capable of breaking blocks with a hardness of 5 or lower.

Gazenbreachers can become Rooted.
Gazenbreachers can summon Scents in combat (different from Spore Bursts).
When below half health, Gazenbreachers can summon Vigils in combat.

Gazenbreachers can be affected by the Womb Crafting System.
Can fall from up to 28 blocks before taking fall damage.

The melee attack of Gazenbreachers deals 3 knockback.
Melee attacks of Gazenbreachers have an AOE.
Gazenbreachers have a step up height of 1.5, meaning they don't have to jump to go up blocks that are 1.5 blocks tall.
Able to utilize Kill Points to grant themselves buffs.
Gazenbreachers granting themselves Regeneration with Kill Points will receive it for 30 seconds. If below 50% health, it'll be Regeneration II as well.
Present a weakness to the cold.
Gazenbreachers are not influenced by Horde Mentality; they exist as commanders. However, Infected, Evolved (excluding Chargers), Bairns, Scampers, and Gastgebers will attempt to pair up with them.
Are not affected by Vanilla Despawning.
In regards to Frostbite, have a Body Heat of 5 and Enum Percentage of 2.5% (excluding Crispy Gazenbreachers).

Lickers are stationary ranged combatants that belong in the Calamity Limb tier.
Spawning
If the tongue hitbox's personal health of a Gazenbreacher (25% of its parent Gazenbreacher's health) is fully depleted, it will be severed and fall off as a Licker.
Unique Behavior
Unlike most Calamity Limbs, Lickers are actually capable of targeting and attacking living entities.
The health and armor of Lickers is 25% of their original parent Gazenbreacher's health and armor, that being 58.33 HP (x29.165 hearts) and 3.75 armor (1.875 bars).

Adaptation
While not technically a true Adaptation, if the tongue hitbox's personal health of a Crispy Gazenbreacher (25% of its parent Crispy Gazenbreacher's health) is fully depleted, it will be severed and fall off as a Crispy Licker. Bile projectiles shot by Crispy Lickers are flaming and will set targets on fire for 10 seconds.

Trivia
The Gazenbreacher uses she/her pronouns and is bisexual. She is also dating the Leviathan.
'Gazenbreacher' is German and means "tide breaker".
The name 'Gazenbreacher' is actually a horribly misspelt version of 'Gezeitenbrecher,' the actual German translation of 'Tide breaker'. After the mod creator misspelt it, he decided that the misspelling sounded better when spoken and decided to not fix it
The Gazenbreacher's model is named "aquabitch" in BlockBench.
This name was done as a joke, but it's what caused her to be the first Calamity that was gendered, emphasis on "bitch" part.
Is the first Calamity model to be modeled by Dr. Pilot (the main modeler). Originally, the mod creator (Harbinger) had been modeling her, but an error with his PC occurred, causing the original Gazenbreacher to be completely wiped. As a result, Harbinger asked Dr. Pilot to model her instead.
Is also refered to as the 'Gazenbrecher,' 'GazenBreacher,' and 'GazenBrecher.'
The model of the Gazenbreacher was given more detail after some players complained it was 'too bland.'
The Crispy Gazenbreacher adaptation utilizes the old texture of the Gazenbreacher. This is because it was made before the Gazenbreacher was retextured.
The Crispy adaptation is the first Calamity adaptation to be made and was where the original idea for adaptations came from.
