Wiki is currently undergoing a revamp! If you see some pages that are more polished, it means they've been revamped.
Mutations have a 10% chance to appear on weapons when they are crafted. The chance is increased by adding Agents to your weapons and armor, or they can be applied by Syringes. There are many different types of Mutations depending on if you're crafting a weapon or an armor piece. Each Mutation will add a buff and debuff to your weapon or armor. Mutations also change the color of the item. Items can only have one Mutation. When crafting Flesh and Plated armor into the Living set, if one of the items has a Mutation, it will carry over. If both of the items have Mutations, it will randomly pick one of them to carry over. Mutations will carry over when crafting the Living MK2 set as well.
To see what Mutation your weapon or armor has, hover over it in your inventory with your cursor and hold shift to see the Mutation.
Mutations can be removed with Syringes.
